Mitch is a litigator who helps businesses and individuals solve difficult problems. He handles issues in several areas of the law, including business, real estate, employment, municipal, and creditor’s bankruptcy law. Mitch also has unique expertise assisting employers and individuals with immigration matters.

Mitch represents clients from the initial stages of litigation through trials and appeals. He also provides counsel and legal services to his clients outside the context of litigation. His experience as a litigator helps him to identify and solve issues before they reach the courtroom. 

Mitch serves on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations in the Great Lakes Bay region.
