Biography

Glenn Fitkin has, for over 25 years, assisted a multitude of corporate, municipal and individual clients with their real estate, environmental and oil and gas matters. He regularly counsels clients in the purchase, sale, development, redevelopment and leasing of real property, environmental compliance and liability matters, brownfield redevelopment, and leasing of mineral rights. Glenn is the chair of the firm’s environmental law practice group. He also is a registered professional engineer.
