Biography
Frank has been representing clients in civil litigation and tax disputes for over 35 years.
Frank is admitted to practice in the courts and tribunals of the State of Michigan, the District of Columbia, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Western District of Michigan and the United States Tax Court.
He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, District of Columbia Bar, and United States Tax Court.
Frank was a Clarence M. Burton Scholar and Francis B. Crowley Constitutional Law Scholar at the University of Detroit School of Law. He was also Executive Editor of the University of Detroit Law Review, and authored “Evidence of a Manufacturer’s Post-Injury Product Warning is Admissible in a Strict Liability Action,” 62 University of Detroit Law Review 133 (1985). Frank was also a member of the Moot Court Board of Directors during his time at the University of Detroit.
