Eric Morris is a member of Braun Kendrick’s business, municipal and healthcare practice groups. His practice focuses on representing public and private clients in the areas of municipal law, employment law and labor relations. His experience includes leading public sector labor negotiations and representing public sector clients in grievance and arbitration matters.
Eric also regularly advises hospitals, physicians and other healthcare providers on matters related to Stark Law compliance, HIPAA privacy and security, physician employment and medical office leasing.
Prior to joining Braun Kendrick, Eric worked in-house with a hospital system in the Southeast where he handled all aspects of physician contracting in addition to managing a wide portfolio of compliance matters, employee relations and litigation. Eric began his legal career as a financial services litigator with a prominent firm where he focused on representing broker-dealers in consumer and employee arbitration matters. He brings this experience to his transactional and regulatory practice where he regularly counsels clients facing potential litigation with employees, vendors and government entities.
Eric is a Saginaw native and parishioner of Christ the Good Shepherd Church. He is active in the Saginaw YMCA Service Club and a member of the Board of Directors of the Saginaw Children’s Zoo.
