Biography
In the construction context, Brian has represented owners, general contractors and sub-contractors in matters relating to liens, surety bonds, and a host of construction disputes including delays, changes, defects, differing site conditions, defective plans and specifications, and lien foreclosures. Brian also has experience in the negotiation and drafting of various construction contracts.
In the commercial litigation context, Brian has handled numerous matters through trial or arbitration. He has represented businesses and individuals in business tort claims, commercial transactions, municipal law, zoning enforcement, and real estate litigation. He has extensive experience in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution including arbitration, mediation, mini-trials, and other litigation avoidance strategies.
