Tom’s litigation experience includes the defense of private entities in product liability, general negligence claims and employment tort claims. While at the Firm, he has dedicated his practice to workers’ compensation arena.

Tom is a member of the Michigan State Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the Negligence and Workers’ Compensation Sections of the State Bar of Michigan.

Mr. Ruth serves on the Firm’s Executive Committee.
