Biography

Frederick Overdier practices in the areas of commercial litigation with an emphasis on business torts, insurance defense, administrative law, and appeals.

Fred represents plaintiffs and defendants in various forms of litigation including bench and jury trials in state and federal courts.  Fred also represents clients in administrative tribunals and arbitrations.

Fred has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1990.  Fred has represented and advocated for the rights of property owners affected by environmental regulations.  He had also negotiated agreements on behalf of clients with state and federal agencies.

Fred resides in Caro, Michigan with his family where he is an active member of the community.
