Biography

Clayton Johnson serves as chairman of the Firm’s Business Department and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. Clay works extensively with closely held businesses regarding issues such as entity formation, tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He also advises successful families and business owners regarding real estate, business succession, and estate planning matters.
